This program is intended to be used for running tests on Interconnect. It can be used for simulating high network loads and/or measuring transfer speeds between nodes. This version is for version 3 of Interconnect. It comes in two flavors, one that uses the Interconnect daemon and one that runs in singleprocess mode (identified by the _sp suffix that follows the name of the program).
