What's new:
- Resource manager test was improved. See Resource Manager README for more
information.
- Current test coverage analysis added for both l_in and h_in.

- Added some environment checks for l_in down debugging.
- Pointer arithmetics changed from void* to char*.
- Removed most of the compiler warnings in l_in and h_in.
Fixes:
- #8028: l_in: segfault in cmap_encode (sp-mode).
- #7907: Haccept issue with single daemon. Simple tester
connection open/close-test used to fail with single daemon.
Known issues:
- There are some connectivity issues with certain network configurations in non-static ld_tcp.
This may be due to a multicast or broadcast handling or other related issues.
Disabling DHCP and setting up multicast route for eth0 are known to help in
such cases (setting up multicast route:
'route add -net 224.0.0.0 netmask 240.0.0.0 dev eth0').
- Log printing in ld_tester is broken and enabling it causes test program to run incorrectly.
