The NoTA release for W50 of 2008 is now available for immediate download from the download page.
From the release notes:
NoTA core technology, DIP and related system services, can be licensed under a royalty free technology license. The license is available to all interested parties.
The 1st International NoTA Conference gathered together over 180 participants from over 50 companies.
