This part of the website is intended for commercial licensees. This section will include the same reference implementations that are available in the (open source) "Downloads" section, but here they are available under a different license. The dual-licensing scheme is explained here.
The commercial licensing scheme is an open and royalty-free, open for all interested parties, following common industry licensing terms for technology. The technology is licensed by Nokia.
